A lot of Kettle Korn operations go by the old western theme and I have done that for certain events such as the St. Paul Minnesota Crafters Council at the History Center in 2003. I wanted to try and make my stand more of a Family Fun type thing. I came up with the Red/White décor that would look good with my ALL Stainless Steel operation. Then I thought I needed something that people would remember my stand from others and I came up with the Smiley face.



Since day one I have put labels on all my bags of Kettle Korn.  This gives my patrons some satisfaction as to my operation.

With Safety in mind I must say that my NSF Certified All Stainless Steel Operation is my most important asset. For two years I was thinking of starting this business and although Minnesota law then was any machine could get licensed I still decided on the NSF Certified so that I could have piece of mind that I would be operating the top notch equipment for every ones safety. The law was changed to only Stainless Steel soon after and the Old Cast Iron Kettles were grand fathered in. My feeling on that is there are many machines out there that do not get cleaned. I have seen them and have pictures of 1 such machine that showed up at a event where there were 3 of us. The Kettle was as black as night and still had pop corn on it from the last show. That of course only made me push harder to be Cleaner, Safer and make sure I had labels on my bags so my customers could prove where they got their Kettle Korn. My protection and the customers. Safety again #1 priority.

Suggestions, Our Kettle Korn is FREEZABLE. Stick a bag in the Freezer for those unexpected friends/relatives or for the Holidays when our season ends.

If you like your Kettle Korn warm like I do...just pour into a tupper ware bowl and warm it up for 20-30 seconds. Depending on the size of bowl but you can experiment with it.

If your JUMBO bag gets a little stale you can microwave it and bring back the freshness. Again the time depends on how large a bowl you may use. Please do not microwave in the poly bag I sell you...use a bowl.

B-POP Kettle Korn is 100% ALL Natural Ingredients. We use only the Best Corn with 100% PURE Soy Bean Oil (NO CHOLESTEROL so its Good for the heart) Gluten FREE and zero Grams of Trans Fat along with Natural granulated sugar and NOW With SEA SALT.

About Popcorn

Many types of popcorn are available. Many are bread for color, Taste and Popability. Ours I believe is one of the Best  for those reasons. Our Kernels are smaller and have moisture content of 16-20%. Then they are dried with warm air to get the moisture to 14% which is very critical to store and pop the corn. If the kernels are to dry they will not Pop and if they are to wet they will spoil.

Only the BEST, optimalsize, Filtered Popcorn goes into B-POP KETTLE KORN.

Production is 44 1/2 times the original volume. From a very small kernel to a puffy white treat in minutes.

Our storage handles the popcorn in a controled area to keep the exact moisture content intact for making the Very Best Kettle Korn. There is no moisture loss although the factory always has some kernels that may be below the 14% moisture rate and therefore we get seeds or maids. 

Popcorn takes 6 months to grow and there are fewer farms growing popcorn then there ever were. Then it takes about 2 weeks to process the corn.

Our SoyBean Oil is 100% Pure soy Bean. It is Golden in color and good for the Heart. It is also GLUTEN-FREE

Sugar is Naturally Fat- Free and is 15 Calories Per TSP.
